On 3.0 in multitrack, when you highlighted a file region and tapped delete, it deleted the region and left the two remaining parts DESELECTED. In CS6 when you make the same move, it leaves the two remaining parts SELECTED. I can't get used to it! You are forced to then click away from the two pieces (an extra step) before continuing your edit. Does anyone know how to make it act like the old 3.0 in this respect?
