How to work with too-quiet audio files?

I have a large pile of voice over audio files, but they are very quiet: peaking around -38dB

I can open the files individually and adjust the "Adjust Amplitude" knob to make them louder and visibly make the waveform larger.  However, I don't want to do this one at a time for each clip.

I would rather use one of the effects in the multitrack editor to increase the volume of all the clips at once, but the waveform remains too small to see and work with.

Is there a way to adjust the amplitude/waveform (and apply noise reduction) in the Waveform Editor, then 'copy and paste' those adjustments onto all the clips?

Is there a way to adjust the waveform size in the Multitrack Editor (just like adjusting the scale in the Waveform Editor) so that I can see what I'm working with?

Thanks!
