Audition CC crashes on close

I know this seems like a small problem, but my concern is there's possibly a larger issue at hand.

Whenever I close down Au CC it will crash, closing my the X at the top or right clicking my task bar and selecting 'close window'. I have no idea why it does this, I only work with audio files between 2 seconds to 4 minutes, and never normally have more than 5 open but it can be more.

What on earth is this to do with?

Running windows 64 bit, on Intel Core i7 4770k CPU @ 3.50 ghz  3.50 ghz with 32 gb of ram
