Remove echo after automatic speech alignment

Hi guys,

I have to edit a vlog. There are 2 different video tracks e 4 audio tracks.

I remove the original audio tracks, the ones that were recorded by the cameras, in order to use the others, recorded with microphones.

I tried to align them with Adobe Premiere CC but the sync partially failed.

I am trying to sync them with the Automatic Speec Alignment feature in Adobe Audition and it seems to work fine but sometimes I hear echo.

How can I remove it? Any ideas?
