Audition CC 2014 Newbie -- Corrupt/Unsupported .XML File?

Hi,

I'm using a 2.3 Ghz Intel Core i7 Macbook with 16GB 1600Mhz DDR3 memory.  I sent an audio sequence from Premiere Pro CC 2014 to Audition CC 2014 and encountered the following error: the file (.xml) is either corrupt or unsupported.  Can someone provide suggestions to fix the error or a link to similar post with solution?
