Audition start up error windows...

I am getting these error windows at the start of Audition. The odd thing is once they are "OK'd" they disappear - Audtion carries on working regardless and other programs indicated in the error comments are installed correctly and fully functional - and up to date;

After pressing "OK" on each - Audition carries on as usual...
