I'm a voice talent, and somehow after clicking on something I ended up locking my screen into the picture you see inserted here.I've tried ending the program and coming back and it always starts off in this mode, with this screen...Cannot figure out how to get back to a single mono wavefile track so I can record again...anybody help. Heres what that box says in case you cannot blow the pic up. 
"Multitrack session not active.Mixer controls are enabled only when a multitrack session is the active document."
