Hello everyone,
I am a newbie in serious need of help. Below is a section from an old audio file extracted from a VHS tape I am working on. The video is decent but there is a persistent thumping noise throughout all of the audio. I have tried the following to no avail. If anyone has any suggestions with the proper settings I would be extremely grateful.

- Adaptive Noise Reduction
Result: Hissing noise is gone but thump persists (Vocals are warbly like being underwater)
- Noise reduction Process
Result: Hissing noise is gone but thump persists (Vocals are warbly like being underwater)
- Sound Remover
Result: Same as above.
