How to make audio files with different lengths the same duration?

Hi everyone,

     I have some audio files with different lengths(kind of animal coos), and now I want to make them the same duration without substantially cutting any fragment.

     Is it possible? How can i make this?

    Any suggestion would be appreciated!!
