Creating a CD file with tracks to be mass produced

I have imported a 40 minute file.

I have created all the CD tracks.

When I burn directly to disc, it works the way I want it to.

However, I need to be able to export that file and Email it to a company that is mass producing CDs for me.

When I export as a file and send, it is just a 40 minute long file.

How do I prep a sound file to be emailed for mass production and have it retain all the track info?

On a side note, when it plays back I do not want any pauses, it will be continuous playback, but I need people to be able to jump from section to section.
