Combining dual mono pair of tracks to single stereo track.

Using the latest version of Audition, what's the "standard" way of converting a dual mono pair of tracks to a single stereo track?  I've seen some suggestions, but they seem more like "workaround" approaches rather than a standard methodology.  I feel like there should be a way of selecting both tracks and saying "combine to a single stereo track."  Is the "bounce" function the proper way of doing this?  If so, how does one select two "tracks," as opposed to selecting clips?  Control selecting all clips is unworkable when a track has lots of little clips on it.  I can select "all clips in selected track," but when I try to select all clips in the partner track of a dual mono pair, all the clips in the first track are deselected.  I can lasso the seam between two tracks to select clips on both tracks, but in order to select the entire track I have to zoom out and back in, which is a tedious way to simply select two entire tracks.  Is there a quick way of just selecting two "tracks"?

Thanks.
