yellow line in Audition CC?

I am on Windows 8 Pro 64-bit. In Audition CS6 there is yellow line that helps to move and place clip in multitrack. Look between Marker 02 and 03.

But in Audition CC I don’t see it. It makes more difficult to place a clip correctly. When I drag  kick extra and trying to place on 1:3.08 for example.

Is there some settings to change?
