Windows 7 Pro 64-bit SP1
The original MP3 track is 128 Kbps.
I export the Multitrack as follows:
File | Export | Multitrack Mixdown | Entire Session ...
Format Settings: MP3 64 Kbps CBR
Using Windows File Manager details tab, the MP3 output is 128 Kbps rather than MP3 64 Kbps CBR.
Why?
