So this is what I want to do.
I have a music video that I downloaded from Youtube. I want to take this music video and insert my own clips into it while retaining the music. This is the easy part. I can do this in iMovie. I've used iMovie09 and iMovie15.
Now here comes the tricky part. In this same video, near the end, the music fades into the background while it shows scenes with speaking parts in the foreground. I want to keep the background music, but remove the video and speaking audio in the foreground and put my own scenes with audio in there.
Is this possible to do with Audition? Can Audition do what I am looking for? I may have to do part of it in Audition and part of it in iMovie and that would be ok. Any advice would be extremely helpful.
