I have 10 audio files which need to be time stretched to 80 different speeds. I load each file into separate tracks in a multitrack session and then stretch them the appropriate percentage in Rendered mode. After the clips are stretched, I want to export each one of them to separate files using a naming convention ("trackname-speed.wav"). I thought I could do this by doing a batch process on the files, but it is just saving the original files, not the clips with the rendered time stretched changes. Is there a way to easily do this?
I've searched the forums and found no good solutions. I do not want to export the mixdown because that is giving me all the clips together in one file. I also tried setting markers, exporting the mixdown, and then exporting the subclips separately from the mixdown file. This works, but the process is extremely tedious and error-prone because I have to do it 80 times. I'm hoping there is a simpler and cleaner solution.
I hope someone out there has an idea! Please let me know if you need more information.
