Multitrack Templates missing in Audition CC

Hi

I'm new to Audition and working through the CIB book. 

When they discuss setting up a new Multitrack Session, it says to select a particular template.  However, I don't appear to have that option, just a drop down with "None".  I'm assuming that there should be some templates and the link has somehow become broken but looked in all of the usual places (Windows 7 64-bit system) and can't seem to find them.

Has anyone else come across this or am I missing something really obvious?
