Started importing a friend's brand new CD into iTunes, and noticed it didn't have any metadata. So thought I'd take it to Audition, extract it into wave files (so that my friend could share the CD more easily in the future from a Dropbox), and add the metadata there, which I did. Dragged the files into iTunes, and to my surprise, none of the metadata added in Audition shows up. Don't understand that. Does anyone on this forum? But ultimately, the thing to do is to get the metadata into Gracenote, which I'd like to do for them, but don't know how. Does anyone know? Is there a way to do this from Audition? There no longer seems to be a way to do it from iTunes, as there was in the past. Not sure the value of adding metadata in Audition if it can't be uploaded to Gracenote, or read by iTunes…
