activating a deactivated product

Issue one :I deactivated and uninstalled Adobe Audition3 and just tried to reactivate. I receive and error that says the server is not available. I have tried on several occasions to reactivate this product and receive the same error.

Issue two : No products are listed on my profile page. I have contacted chat support and they referred me to adobe community the offer not solutions other that that I asked if they could answer any questions and the reply was no. please go to the forums for an answer. My final questions are what happened to Adobe customer support and do they just disconnect when they decide they no longer would like to communicate??
