Can anyone walk me through converting an audio file for telephone system that supports G.711 PCM A-law and mu-law with a Sampling Rate of 6(kHz), 8 Bits of Resolution and 48 (Kbps) Bit Rate. The phone system says it supports other audio wav files bit I don't see any others listed. I have tried several but they sound bad on the system and I can't find any listing for 48(Kbps)
