How do I slow down an Audio File?

I have a 40 second English recording of O Come All Ye Faithful that I aim to put beside a Latin Version of it in a multitrack file. Unfortunately, Adeste Fideles (the Latin file) is 39 seconds long. How do I "stretch" or "squeeze" an audio file?
