Amplifying audio

Hi all,

So I recently did a video interview and I had 2 mic's on my camera rig. One was a wireless lapele mic, the other a shotgun mic attached toi my camera. I went to look at the interview after shooting it, and found the audio recorded was from the shotgun that was a few feet away. Is there any way to make it seem like the subject was closer to the mic in Audition CC??
