Combining Two or more OMFs into an Audition Session

I should start out that I am NOT an audio person and have barely used Audition.  On projects where I have to do the mixing, I just do it in Final Cut Pro or Premiere and send it out the door.  So if I'm not explaining something clearly or I'm just confused, please let me know.

I just finished editing a feature in FCP 7 and I'm sending OMFs off for sound design.  Because of the OMF file size limitation of 2GBs I had to break it down into 5 OMFs.  What I did is break the the film into 5 chunks (sequences) all the same duration, but there is only audio for the corresponding section.  For instance, if the film is 50 minutes long, OMF 3 is 50 minutes long, but there is only audio from minutes 20-30.  I also have a pop at the head and tail of all 5 OMFs for syncing purposes.

How would I bring these into a single Audition session or combine them into a single timeline?  The sound designer said what I'm doing is fine but I'm really just QCing myself and making sure it actually will work.  I should also note he is mixing it in Pro Tools (which I don't have which is why I'm testing this in Audition).
