Hi there, I'm trying to convert some old vinyl using a large Crosley vinyl to USB device, into the latest of Adobe Audition. I previously had an issue with the sound quality being so low trying to use the device into Audacity, and I've become experienced enough in Audition, I wanted to try it this way. I'll attach a screen shot of my preferences. Audition does seem to record the vinyl, but the sound is extremely low and unusable, just as Audacity had given me.
Can someone give me some tips, seeing my screenshot attached of Audio Hardware settings in Audition? None of my edits to the Preferences seem to fix the quality of what I get from "UAC3556B." It is recognizing the Crosley device as you can see, but I'm not getting any good results from dropping the needle down. Perhaps it's just the Crosley device, I have heard they don't give some brilliant sound onto mp3, but I can't imagine it is completely useless in getting some of the bass and full sound of recordings.
I really appreciate your help!
